Customer Service Representative - 100% Permanent WFH

Must live near Sta. Rosa, Laguna, as we occasionally meet for team lunches and company events.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who is confident in handling customer calls and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is patient, professional, organized, and comfortable assisting customers with questions and concerns. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle service calls from agents, policyholders, and other customers.

• Answer questions related to billing, insurance policies, and claims in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide assistance directly or refer calls to the appropriate person or department.

• Process personal lines insurance transactions, including:

  • New business
  • Policy endorsements
  • Cancellations
  • Renewals
  • Reinstatements

• Handle correspondence and email requests based on assigned authority levels.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service on every call.

• Support administrative tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information at all times

About you

• Adaptable and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to support others when needed
• At least three years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time, task, and inbox management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Quick learner with strong adaptability and process-retention skills
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a professional remote-work setup, including stable internet and a quiet workspace
