Customer Service Representative (5-Day Work Week)

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Coordinate and follow up on customer service cases and after-sales enquiries
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Liaise with retail outlets, customers, and technical service teams to ensure timely resolution of cases
• Assist in daily operations, administrative tasks, and documentation
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

About you

• HKDSE, HKCEE or equivalent qualification
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good telephone manners and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
