Customer Service Representative (Afternoon Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (Afternoon Shift) to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Enter and maintain operational data accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Information Support: Respond promptly to queries from customers and internal teams, providing accurate and relevant information.
• Record Validation: Record operational details and check completed work for accuracy and compliance.
• Proactive Communication: Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams via email, providing updates and resolving inquiries professionally.
• Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive customer and company information at all times.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements through the Continuous Improvement initiative. ​

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
