Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver

Duties

• Greet customers warmly in retail settings.
• Safely operate commercial trucks and automobiles to deliver products.
• Manage route driving efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication, addressing questions or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Perform heavy lifting and merchandising tasks with proper techniques to ensure safety and efficiency during product handling.
• Apply basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and transaction processing at the point of sale
• Maintain organized deliveries, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a CDL B or heavy truck driving preferred. Can train the right person.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of driving or standing
• Basic math proficiency for pricing, inventory management, and sales transactions
• Organizational skills to manage deliveries.
• Military background or experience is considered a valuable asset for discipline, safety awareness, and operational excellence

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
