Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will provide training for good individual.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to offer solutions that address client needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and meticulous handling of client information.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with timely follow-ups.
• Policy Advisement: Offer professional advice on coverage options to ensure clients are fully protected.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage through comprehensive and personalized bundling solutions.
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and trust with the agency.
• Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
