Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Asaba branch. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experiences and supporting our mission of making property ownership seamless and rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide accurate information about properties, services, and company policies.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support sales and administrative teams with client-related tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must reside in Asaba or within close proximity.
