Customer Service Representative - Bacolod

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through inbound calls and email by addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.

• Deliver quality customer service through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.

• Handle customer information with confidentiality and ensure proper data privacy and security.

• Identify customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions whenever possible.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance and information.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer concerns and interactions.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.

• Freshers and candidates without prior BPO experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.

• Willing to work in a BPO/call center environment with shifting schedules.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
