Customer Service Representative – Bacolod Site!

JWe are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Bacolod team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, account requests, and follow-ups. The successful candidate will provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service in an onsite BPO environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
• With or without BPO experience.
• Customer service or customer contact experience is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, or customer assistance
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and accounts
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate account records
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
