Working with an established client, TEKsystems is seeking experienced Customer Service and Call Center professionals to support their busy holiday season!

A Day In The Role

Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and voicemails

Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries

Track shipments and provide delivery updates

Research and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and orders

Process customer orders and catalog requests

Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the order management

system

Document customer interactions and follow-up activities

Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

2+ years of Customer Service experience

Previous Contact Center Or Call Center Experience Preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails

Ability to work onsite in Toano, VA

Must be available to work Black Friday

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
