Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients, support customers with financial and homeownership goals, and collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders as part of a pioneering and fast-growing mortgage operations team.

About you

• College level or graduate
• At least 1–2 years BPO experience handling billing or financial accounts, collections/payment processing, or credit card fraud claims
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work full-time, onsite
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (nice-to-have)
