CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - BLENDED ACCOUNT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of Travel or Reservation experience.

• Must have a bubbly, positive, and customer-focused personality.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions.

• Willing to work onsite at Archbishop Reyes Ave, Cebu City, Cebu.

• Can start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice, email, and SMS channels.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.
• Process and document customer requests accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams or travel partners when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Meet required quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
