About the role

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via chat, email, and phone ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance with every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone in a professional manner.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate product or service information and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Update customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex customer concerns.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product and process knowledge to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, chat tools, and email platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
