Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) | One - Day Process | Paid Training

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, email, or other assigned communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Process customer requests, updates, and transactions accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when assisting customers.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college undergraduate or graduate is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
