Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
• Handle multiple chat conversations at once
• Provide product, service, and account information
• Troubleshoot basic concerns and escalate complex tickets
• Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
• Follow brand tone and communication guidelines
• Meet response time and CSAT targets

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• No chat support or BPO experience needed — a plus if you have it
• Strong written English and grammar
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Able to multitask across chats
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
