Customer Service Representative (Cheras Branch)

• Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent customer service at the branch.
• Perform over-the-counter transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank's products and services to meet business targets.
• Assist customers in opening accounts and updating account information.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Balance daily cash transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Support branch operations and administrative functions as assigned by Branch Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant banking discipline.
• Experience in banking, customer service, retail sales, or cash handling is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Meticulous and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
