We are looking for an engaging and highly communicative Customer Service Representative to play a key role in elevating the customer journey for Atap.co. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming voice of our platform, responsible for proactively calling homeowners who are looking for interior designers, understanding their unique renovation needs, and ensuring they have a seamless experience connecting with the right professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Homeowners: Proactively call homeowners who have submitted inquiries via Atap.co to verify their project details, timeline, budget, and design preferences.

• Deliver Exceptional Support: Address homeowner questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally over the phone, ensuring a positive and trust-building customer experience.

• Manage Data & CRM: Accurately track, update, and maintain comprehensive records of all homeowner communications, preferences, and project statuses within the company's CRM system.

• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with Atap.co’s growing network of interior design professionals, basic interior design trends, and customer service best practices to continually enhance the homeowner experience.
