- Proven experience as a Customer Service or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Knowledge of aftersales processes and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
