💼 What You’ll Do

• 📞 Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• 🔍 Understand issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
• 🧭 Guide customers through product features and usage
• 🛠️ Troubleshoot and escalate technical/product-related issues
• 🗂️ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and tickets
• 📢 Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social platforms
• 🔁 Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
• 🤝 Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Tech teams
• 💡 Contribute ideas to improve the customer support experience

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Graduation (must be completed)
• 🧑‍💼 Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role
• 🗣️ Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
• 💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 💻 Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
• 🧠 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• 🙌 Calm, patient, and customer-first mindset
