Customer Service Representative

Sterling Water Culligan in our Sauk Centre, MN location is looking for a professional and motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys making a difference in their community and making every customer interaction a positive, fun, and rewarding experience!

As a Customer Service Representative, your challenge will be to:

• Provide world-class customer service via telephone, email, and face to face to promptly respond and resolve every customer inquiry
• Data entry of new customer accounts in electronic database
• Schedule deliveries, installations, and service calls
• Maintain accurate and complete customer documentation of every interaction
• Assist and support route, sales, and service personnel to ensure an effective, efficient customer experience.
• Other duties, as assigned

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and 7:30am - 2:00pm on Friday.

Required Qualifications

• Two - three years related customer service experience in an office setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
