Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure understanding of their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
• Handle sales inquiries and promote additional services when appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Receive and Process Customer Orders
• Coordinate Deliveries
• Receive and Process Payments
• Place Orders
• Manage Inventory
• Open and Close Office

Experience.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• A background in sales or customer service is advantageous
