Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full Time | In-Office

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing insurance agency.

This is a full-time, in-office position. No prior insurance experience or insurance license is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is professional, responsible, eager to learn, and interested in growing within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities include assisting clients by phone and in person, collecting information for insurance quotes, processing documents and applications, following up with clients, providing general policy servicing support, maintaining accurate customer records, and assisting licensed agents with daily office operations.

Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills, basic computer skills, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, professional attitude, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Spanish fluency is highly preferred.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to successfully complete any lawful background screening required for the position, consistent with applicable law.
