Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with strong English communication skills? We’re growing our team and looking for passionate professionals who can start right away! Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Handle patient and client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Process healthcare-related requests, claims, and authorizations
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
• Deliver outstanding service while supporting patients’ needs

• Previous experience in a healthcare-related CSR role (is a plus but not required)
