CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related course.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Customer-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations.
6. Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Previous customer service experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
8. Must be willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
