What they need
We are looking for an energetic, data-driven CRM Executive to manage and improve our customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, lead engagement, managing the CRM database, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a CRM role, Customer Success, or Lead Management.
- CRM Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, or similar platforms.
- Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Strong Analytical & Data Management skills (Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- A problem-solving attitude with a highly customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
