Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Customer-focused professional with experience providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with orders, payments, and account-related issues. • Responsibilities
• Answering customer questions by phone, email, or chat
• Resolving complaints and customer issues
• Processing orders, returns, refunds, or payments
• Updating customer accounts
• Explaining products or services
• Following up with customers
• Documenting customer interactions
• Escalating difficult issues to supervisors
• Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and English languages
• Office management experience including front desk responsibilities and administrative support
• Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and clerical tasks
• Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on client communication and support
• Familiarity with filing systems, calendar management, and office procedures

Pay: $23.14 - $34.87 per hour
