Customer Service Representative

Some of the best customer service happens in the moments when something hasn’t gone to plan. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can listen, stay calm and make sure customers feel properly looked after from the first interaction to the last.

This is a full-time, customer-facing position with paid training, so previous customer service experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone personable, dependable, and confident communicating with different types of people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Answering questions and providing clear information
• Helping resolve customer issues and following up when needed
• Processing requests, updates, and basic account information
• Keeping accurate notes and customer records
• Working with other teams to get issues resolved
• Making sure customers receive a helpful and professional experience

Hours

Full-time, 35–40 hours per week, with shifts typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday availability may be required depending on business needs.
