Key Responsibilities...

• Contact the potential clients through calls and emails.
• Understand client needs and explain company services in a clear, simple manner.
• Convert leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into clients.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
