Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and enthusiastic self-starter, a candidate who is happy talking to home purchasers on a regular basis to ensure their needs are clearly understood and delivered. It is imperative the candidate is the right fit for our culture and preference will be given to those who have worked in similar roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• To prepare building and land contracts and ensure building files move from sales into construction.

• Be the client’s primary point of contact, post contract until the home is handed over.

• Working with other internal staff members and external providers to ensure projects move in a timely manner.

• Assisting the construction team in the construction of homes on site with various administrative duties.

• Generally office administration duties.

• Ensure our high levels of customer satisfaction are adhered to.

The candidate

First and foremost we are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude who is looking to work within a close knit team. A motivated individual with a positive outlook and willingness to find solutions to achieve desirable outcomes.

• 3 or more years experience in a similar role in residential construction.

• Strong customer and communication skills are essential.

• High level PC skills including all Microsoft applications and database specific control and management procedures

• General understanding of building practices & procedures

• General understanding of council planning requirements

• Ability to problem solve and work with an internal team to manage issues that may arise throughout the construction process.

• Highly motivated individual with a positive outlook and willingness to find solutions to achieve desirable outcomes.
