Our Customer Service Representative team helps Verizon expand their reach by providing personalized customer experiences, educating customers, and delivering measurable sales growth.

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers to provide support, answer questions, introduce solutions, and create a positive experience throughout the customer journey. As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent our company and Verizon with professionalism while developing valuable skills in communication, customer relations, and sales. The Customer Service Representative position involves connecting with customers in assigned territories, understanding their needs, and helping them find solutions that improve their everyday experience. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and client brands through face-to-face interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable and professional service.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and solutions.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and purchasing process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that create value.
• Support daily sales initiatives and contribute to team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on customer engagement, communication, and leadership development.
• Track customer interactions and provide feedback to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Pay: $49,470.53 - $59,577.41 per year
