Customer Service Representative

Locations: San Antonio, TX | Bakersfield, CA | Columbus, OH

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience through professional and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Support customers with questions related to orders, delivery status, and product information
• Help customers with basic product usage, setup, and accessory questions
• Accurately log customer interactions and follow through on open issues, resolving them directly or escalating to the right team
• Represent our brand with friendliness and consistency across every customer touchpoint

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions effectively
• Structured thinker with sharp attention to detail
• Genuine curiosity about how products work; comfortable asking questions and figuring things out
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
