Customer Service Representative

This role focuses on providing excellent customer support, managing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The CSR is responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, assisting with payments, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient service and follow-ups.

• Respond to Inquiries – Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding products, services, pricing, and orders.
• Process Orders – Enter customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy in specifications and pricing.
• Welcome Visitors – Assist showroom visitors, answer their questions, and guide them through cabinetry options.
• Assist with Invoices & Payments
• Sales

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Spanish.

· Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.

· Knowledge of cabinetry, woodworking, or home renovation is a strong plus.

· Experience in order processing and payment handling.

· Basic knowledge of accounts receivable processes.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with invoicing software (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus).

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s deg
