Customer Service Representative

Purpose of the function:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing order, system entries, proper coordination and communication with customers and service providers for the execution of the shipping and transport arrangement of the tank containers. They are also responsible to play a role in the operations department in our Klang office.

Organizational Position:

The Customer Service Representative will reports to the Operation Manager.

Responsible:

• Professional communication and coordination with external parties including customers and service providers.

• Working with various departments and audit teams.

• Ad-hoc task assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.

• Diploma/Degree in logistics or Business administration or equivalent.

• Computer Literature.

• Knowledge of international transportation business.

• Experience in shipping, freight forwarding in import & export is preferred.

• Fluent in English, both written and oral.

• Meticulous and responsible for the profit or loss of the orders.

• Able to work independently, self-motivator and a team player.

• Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people in different level/department.

• Team player mentality.

• Plus point for those who possess ISO Tank knowledge.
