Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a reliable point of contact for customers. The position involves answering questions, keeping requests organized, and making sure issues are followed through to resolution.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Provide clear information about products, services, and procedures.
• Record customer requests and update account information.
• Follow up on open questions and unresolved issues.
• Work with other departments when a request requires additional assistance.
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
• Identify recurring issues and share useful feedback with the team.
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach in every interaction.

What you’ll need

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A patient, service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using email, computers, and basic business software.
• Good organization and follow-through.
• Ability to handle several customer requests during the day.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.10 per hour
