In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support , addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction . • Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level)
• Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience
• Problem-solving , active listening , & attention to detail
• Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
• Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
• Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
