Location: Newnan, GA 30265

Contract Length: 15 Weeks, contract to hire

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.44/hour

Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep/Operations Supervisor to lead a customer service team and ensure customers receive excellent service.

You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, solve customer issues, and help the team meet performance goals.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the daily activities of a customer service team
• Coach and support team members
• Track daily and weekly performance
• Review and analyze team results
• Troubleshoot operational issues
• Complete required reports
• Handle escalated customer concerns
• Help resolve complex customer issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Experience handling complex customer issues
• 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Call center experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience leading a high-performing team
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver effective solutions
