Customer Service Associate
We're looking for a enthusiastic person that loves cupcakes, cakes and people. Restaurant or customer service experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

-Boxing cupcakes & cakes for walk in and pickup orders

-Answering phone calls, placing future orders via phone

-Folding boxes, cleaning and sanitizing work area

-Knowledge of menu items on our website

-Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

-Must be friendly & patient

-Punctuality is a must

-Must like to eat cupcakes

-Must be a team player who strives to communicate and get along with co-workers

• Must have the capacity to work and multi task at a fast pace for 6 or up to 8 hours
