Responsibilities
Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Process and track orders
Provide pricing, product, and availability information
Prepare quotes and invoices
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain accurate customer records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time
Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Manufacturing, construction, or building materials experience is a plus
