Customer Service Representative

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN VETERINARY CLINICS WILL BE REVIEWED.

• Veterinary or animal-care background preferred.
• Good knowledge of cats and dogs and common veterinary services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, bookings, and client inquiries.
• Professional, empathetic, and patient manner with pet owners.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to track stocks and do purchasing orders timely.
• Basic billing and accounts records
• Basic computer and appointment-management system skills.
• Sales and marketing drive.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in the UAE is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
