- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues are properly resolved.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company system.
- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
