The Rigging Corporation is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• With customer service, sales, logistics, or related experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Able to work effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with their requests, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Prepare and maintain customer records and necessary documents.
• Monitor customer requests and provide appropriate follow-ups.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
