The Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing prospective clients, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. The role requires providing guidance, support, and solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support, guidance, and relevant information.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to highlight product value and features.
• Reach out to clients requesting cancellations and implement retention strategies to preserve relationships.
• Manage the onboarding process for new merchants, including lead information gathering and mapping.
• Perform department-related tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
