Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers professionally across different channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer requests, orders, appointments, or account-related concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM.
• Follow up on customer concerns and ensure proper resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and performance standards.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience at all times.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, sales, administration, healthcare, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing, or communication platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to work with Australian or international clients and schedules, when required.
• Sales or upselling experience (preferred).
• Healthcare or insurance experience (preferred).
• Technical or product support experience (preferred).
