Customer Service Representative

No two days look the same in this role.

As a Customer Service Representative on our Charlotte team, you'll work with clients across several different industries, so the questions and conversations change from one call to the next. It's a client-facing role, so as a Customer Service Representative, you're the person our customers actually deal with, not someone behind the scenes.

What you'll do:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and chats
• Help with orders, accounts, and billing questions
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues
• Log each interaction in our system
• Follow up when something needs more time
• Loop in other teams when needed

What we're looking for in a Customer Service Representative:

• Comfortable talking to customers directly
• Clear communicator, written and verbal
• Patient, not every call is easy
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience helpful, not required

Schedule: Full-time, some flexibility on start times. Occasional weekends.

Pay: $22-$24/hr, based on experience.
