• Complete basic administrative and follow-up tasks related to customer support

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and responding to questions
• Basic computer and digital communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage routine tasks
• Positive, professional, and service-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn company processes and systems
• Previous customer service, retail, sales, administration, or call center experience is helpful but not required
