We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
