Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty licenses in Arizona.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong command of office software and agency management systems.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an office environment.
• A genuine interest in helping people navigate their financial security.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries regarding existing policies, helping clients understand their coverage and updates.
• Process policy changes and payments accurately to ensure our clients have peace of mind.
• Support the agency owner with administrative tasks that keep our daily operations running smoothly.
• Review customer accounts to identify gaps in coverage or opportunities to better protect their families.
• Greet clients warmly as they visit our Chandler office and make them feel supported from the moment they walk through the door
• Contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere that defines our agency culture.
