Job Highlights

• Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (negotiable during the interview)

• Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur

• Intake Date: 7 September 2026

• 5 working days + 2 rotational off days

• Morning Shifts Only:

  • 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 🇦🇺🇳🇿 ANZ experience is required

Job Description

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding gaming devices, products, orders, and services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.

Requirements

• 🇦🇺🇳🇿 Previous ANZ customer service experience is required.
• Interest or experience in gaming and technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries through multiple channels.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Willing to work rotational off days and early morning shifts.
