Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a remote position. The successful candidate will assist customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional support through phone, email, and online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, administrative, or call-center experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
