Why we need you?

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has been created in our Auckland based Customer Service team.

Our customers (big builders, electrical and mechanical contractors and the like) need help with solutions to overcome problems and this role is important because it focuses on ensuring that our customers end up with great service and quality products at the right time.

Are you able to handle the phone well and help customers with solutions? Do you have the capability of juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of your activities and day? Would others say you work well in a team to get the desired result for the customer? Are you adept at handling technology such as MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP? Would your previous supervisor say you are a pleasure to work with and would hate to lose you?

If so, then we would like to hear from you.

What we would like:

*We are after someone who has a friendly, helpful and can-do attitude. *You will already have had several years of experience in customer service or sales environments preferably within the industrial space or business to business space. *A quick learner who can not only conceptualise but think outside the box for solutions and get a grasp of our products (training will be provided of course). *You’ll be IT literate across Microsoft Office and if you have used SAP, it will be a great advantage.
