Customer Service Representative

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, chats, or emails in a timely way.
• Solve complaints and fix account or billing issues.
• Explain product features, pricing, and company rules.
• Process new orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Log details of all customer talks into the system.
• Send hard problems to a manager or senior team.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Clear speaking and writing skills.
• Good active listening and patience with upset clients.
• Basic computer use and typing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Calm attitude under pressure.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
